Trying some different stuff for a change, had a poor day overall though, not too happy with most of the results.

Those are both pretty good shots. Horrible environment for taking photos - all that wet mud flying about everwhere.

Really like the first shot, i find it easy to have a bad day when trying new stuff, but, all you need is one or two good shots (like the ones above) to make it was worth while.
 
Ta guys, wasn't actually too muddy, even though it looks like it should have been.
 
detail in the eyes in the first is great, ive got the same lens and dont get anything like the quality, marvelous
 
The 2nd shot just needed fill flash to open the up the shadows
 
Really sharp and clear.
