Could be an interesting subject, but sadly, in that flat dismal light, it was never going to be anything more than a record shot IMO. Also, at a fairly basic level of critique, it's pretty much a given that the horizon on seascapes (which this is, despite there being a bloody great pier in the way) needs to actually be horizontal. This one's so far off square that you could actually indulge in downhill water-skiing...
However, a bit of a straighten, and a touch of hue/saturation/vibrance/brightness in CS5 has brightened it up a little.
Still not much better, but at least showing that a reshoot in better conditions and with the camera level could be worthwhile...
