Critique Cute toddler at a party

It's ages since I've posted anything here so I thought I should. This is a new processing style for me, so all thoughts on that - or anything else - gratefully received. It lacks a little sharpness, I think, as it was shot at high ISO and fairly substantially cropped. I'm in two minds about the deliberate colour cast but I think it works.

I like the colour - it works because of the clothes she's wearing and the flower. It looks sharp enough to me too - I can see eyelashes.
