Wild Dandelion head

Good work Phil, I like the square crop you've gone for. I like the idea of having some missing seed heads, I guess this was in it's natural state, but if you are careful, you can pull out some select few and tidy it up a bit and you end up with some quite interesting geometric shapes.

What setup are you using for this?
 
It's exactly as it was taken. 18-55mm lens on a Canon450D and then cropped in slightly.
I don't have any editing software so what you see is what I took.

Nice photo, the square crop works for me as well. My kids usually beat me to them!
