1 flash to the left with red gel, 1 flash to the right with yellow gel and a ring flash at front. It is a stacked image but I wanted some unsharp elements in the photo.
I'm not sure that OOF areas really work to be honest as my initial though when looking before reading was that Allan's been unusually sloppy with the focus stacking on this one
