Decided to try flash

Because of the light in my backyard there's usually only a couple of hours where things aren't backlit or in shade. So I decided to use the AD360 to fight the sun.

800mm, f/8, 1/200, 1000. The flash is on 1/64 power and on camera for this picture... I really like how it superimposed some details but allowed enough blur to still see thru the wings.

That is a superb shot, great feeling of movement whilst retaining sharpness on the beak/head.

Thanks! I was a little surprised I got as much movement in the tail as I did, but I like it.
