For me there are a few issues with the image, a little soft, the subject is too small in the frame, a little too central cutting the image in half and unfortunately too square on to the camera which gives it a feeling of being a little static.
If you cover up the main subject it probably only takes up about 15% of the whole image.
Exposure is good though!
Try getting closer and filling the frame more!

I think Ed is right,and for me you are too far away,the grass is too saturated and there's too much of it.
Don't think it is necessary to see so many carriages.
In this instance the Deltic should really be the subject.les so the landscape.
