1.. as per title. Was a bugger (mind the pun) to get its eyes in focus from the angle I was standing at, but got two of them

6.. This fellow was super small. I barely saw him, only by chance because I had spotted a ladybird larvae (pics up later/tomorrow)

600d, sigma 105mm macro, neweer tt520 flash as the other one is in the bin, raynox dcr250, ISO200 but upped the exposure in PP by +1 as the tt520 is not very powerful and I didn't want to flatten the batteries.

Great set Carl... last one is a aphid. The spider would have made a good video. :)

No 3 is ace Carl, but as always all good.

As always, a superb set Carl. The aphid in the last shot is excellent.

Very nice series fella - looking good.

Paul.

Cheers bud (y)

I havent tried out the video options bryn, something to try :)

These photos a amazing! I love the Fly on leaf :)
Thanks Ryan, not so fussed on fly shots as everyone has them but if there's nothing around to photograph, I will take one or two - especially if they accommodate me getting so close (very slowly)

No 3 is ace Carl, but as always all good.

Cheers matey

Thanks Ian (y) Was lucky to have spotted it, only on one part of the tree too, checked the other side, couldnt see any. Its a bit weird this pond I visit, flies mostly at one particular part of the walk, ladybird larvae's at the opposite end and other insects inbetween.

Excellent work! I especially like the first two, as she is snaffling at her prey!
