Well... it sounds better than " Here's another Dunnock." :D

These guys seem to be the inquisitive ones to come and check you out when everything else is playing hard to get. Fantastic colour and markings this one is showing too.

All at 700mm and 800 ISO. The light is as dull as dishwater as you can see, but at least you tend not to get highlight problems.

Those are really lovely as always CT!
Last one is my fave, fab face detail & I like the way the wind has gotten under its feathers! (y)

Wish the Dunnocks here were as nosey, I find them hardest to get of all.
Swap ya cheeky Robin for a nosey Dunnock! :D

LOL. Me Robins are being a bit coy at the moment - don't wanna come and play at all. :sulk:

They are rather spiffing. (y)
You certainly know your onions when it comes to catching birdies

I might have had fleeting glance of one in our garden but not sure.

Nowt to add, Just fab(y)

there not the shy bird unlike others.
these are very nice natural colour and sharpness.

Great detail there CT all good but no 1 for me, great stuff from your 40D. Which lens did you use ?.

It was the 500mm f4L with a 1.4X TC- tripod mounted. It was taken on the 40D.

Thanks for the comments. :)
