Early morning - house under construction

It's got something. It's a shame there wasn't one character in each window or they were interacting more interestingly.

Could you lighten the dark areas a bit? It does look a bit noisy even for ISO 3200 on many modern cameras.
 
I waited quite some time for more interacting but with no positive result. At the end one of the workers left the room :-(
The grainy (noisy) look comes from using one of the high key filters in Silver Efex Pro. I like the noisy look and think it emphases the dawn-feeling in the picture. Maybe it is better to lighten the dark areas a bit, as you suggest. I will give it a try.
