Decided to spend my weekend following two karting championships instead of venturing to Brands or Silverstone, eager to try out my newly aquired 70-200VRII bought from a fellow TP member, along with my F4 300 (also bought on TP). I now have PLI sorted after a recommendation from Gary also on TP, so I could venture out onto both the circuits that I visited. TP has helped me greatly since I joined up late last year.
Sunday was a washout all day but I stuck with it hoping that it would improve which it didn't ! Anyway here are some photos, I'm still learning big time so any critique is welcomed.

good effort..

For the first shot i would have put the karts more to the right of the frame and leaving the bend of the
track trailing away in the left corner, although its still a nice shot
#2 again would have a wider crop to include the second kart rather than cutting it in half
#3 clipped the blue karts left wheel, but thats maybe being over critical.
#4 good panning would have been nice with some space to the front of the kart..

just my observations and ive only ever shot karts once some years ago...

Thanks for your comments, the 300 restricted me in the first two to a tightish crop, I was on a sloping bank and couldn't go back any further without falling off, maybe could have used the 70-200 instead.
Good points on the others thanks.
