Yes - like the composition and (timeless) B&W works well with the image.

For me the main area of improvement is that I can't help thinking that a more diffuse lighting would be better to help spread the shadows a bit more.

What was the setup to ensure the babies safety?
That looks really quite precarious.

A bean bag about one inch underneath the baby made it safe enough.!
