Filter ???

I know this might sound really dumb but how do you fit a filter onto your dslr???

im trying to fit a HOYA HMC FILTER UV(C) on to my canon 450 d ???

Screw on filters fit on the end of the lens, therefore you need to get the filter size to match the end diameter of the lens

Normally on the lens there is Ø77mm or maybe Ø58mm, these are the thread sizes

If its a round threaded filter, make sure its same diameter as the lens you are trying to fit it to and just screw it on.

to slow as normal
