this pigeon is sitting about 4m from my kitchen window so if it stays it will be good for practice so how can i make it better

My 2p then, but Im no expert dont get me wrong.

1. He's not in the most photogenic of settings with all the undergrowth around him. Not a lot you can do about it, try altering your viewpoint a bit maybe.
2. Head is overexposed I think, try spot metering on the head?
3. Maybe a tad central with the placement?
