Please be honest as that.s the only way i can learn

That's a s good as anyone can get.The main reason some may think that the photo is below par is the capture of the action.With amateurs you will be hard pressed to get a good impact shot.The other limitation is the lighting at amateur events, but your settings are correct for what you are doing.
