Nice shots, I think you need to give the birds more space. They are very central, are you you just using the centre focus.
 
Far too small in the frame. The first thing to strive for (unless you're going for small-in-the-frame, birds-in-their-environment shots) is to get closer or use a hide of some sort. Also, use single spot focus and try to focus on the bird's eye.
