Critique First time with a model

Hello everyone

I'm usually a sports photographer, but decided I wanted to branch out into portraiture and beyond. I went on a group photoshoot with a model today, and would love some feedback on some of the photos.

I agree- a little distracting

heres a 3 min edit to lift the light on the subject and darken the BG

Great set though - portraits are of course subjective- you may not like my edit- if so let me know and will of course remove it
