Forth Bridge (updated with edit)

Had a recent trip up to Edinburgh so ventured out to Quensferry to see the Forth Bridges. Strange weather - bright sunshine one end and misty at the other!

As always, thoughts and feedback appreciated.

One is very atmospheric.


I suspect twos failing isn't necessarily the brightness (albeit its a tad too bright) but the over vibrant yellows on the brick work

Thanks for the comment. I agree about the bricks. I was trying to bring out the detail and I appear to have overdone things. Will have to try again.

I think the composition of the first one combined with the mist and the white balance is great. I would be tempted to crop away the road bridge on the right and some of the foresaw, leaving the yacht to provide the mid ground interest and sense of scale.

If you can then get rid of the camper van roof it would be even better.
