I feel they are suffering from compression as they don't look as pin sharp as the high-res versions.

All shot using my Nikon D90 and Nikon 70-300VR. :)
 
look good mate just could do with a slower shutter speed to give a sense of motion
 
3 / 5 for me as they fill the frame, the others show the height they get but tbh I don't really care as you know these riders are high up and are a skillful set of loonies!

Ryan, MX'ers prefer faster shutter speeds to see the wheels stopped, it's only us photographers that prefer slower ones showing wheel blur!

love the crop on 5. it fills the frame nicely really nice and clear too, can read the logos on the bike
