Bargain Giotto Tripod and Head £54.99

The quick release plate on this head is not very good as it doesn't seem to grip very well and causes heavier loads to slip. I've got a £10 tripod that holds better than this particular head.
 
Thanks for the advice was thinking of going for this, I'll pop in a store and have a look first.
