Giotto v Manfrotto tripod

A couple of tripods I have been looking at just wondered what people thoughts were on them - spec wise they appear very similar with the Giotto coming with a 5yr warranty
Both are around my budget for the tripod not including head but if you have any other suggestions leave your thoughts

P.S I have found morrisphoto offering the Giotto at £160
 
I've had a couple of Manfrotto's in the past, but find my current (Giottos) tripod better in design & quality... :)
 
Manfrotto is taller if that makes a difference
