I brought a Mini 2 back in April and paid £15 for the Care Refresh package.
Last week I clipped an overhanging branch bringing the drone down. It cracked part of the casing but it looked OK otherwise, flying it afterwards revealed the gimbal wouldn't maintain a level horizon.
I went on to the DJI refresh page and paid the £45 repair fee and was emailed a freepost label. The drone went in the post to Holland on the 28th Sept. and I was expecting to wait 3-4 weeks for it to get to Holland be repaired and return and was thinking of buying/hiring another one for the interim as I use it a lot for work.
I didn't have to think about a replacement for long though a new drone arrived today on the 30th Sept. this service was very efficient and seams like an absolute bargain.
