Critique Green Finch on the lawn

Non techy opinion, I prefer the first to the second... Bird stands out better against the shade of the grass... In the second image it all looks a bit too overexposed...the grass looks yellowy in the background (on my mobile anyway) and the bird blends in. Unless that was the intention. Above my skill level all the same. I just prefer image one....
