Hi, my brother-in-law was going to the eye with his kids so i hitch a ride into central london and the south bank. Didnt have much time so grabbed a couple of the obvious shots. Will go back in better light with more time. Weather was rubbish with poor light resulting in black and white shots. Thanks for looking

No4 works? DOF could be deeper & some PP to lighten the bridge & Houses of Parliament would help but I like that.

I think these are pretty good despite the light. You could pp a little more punch into them.

They are lovely. Overcast days are my favourite times in London, I think English cities always look more beautiful in that kind of weather.

Going to have to get myself a chunky ND filter.

Thanks for the comments. To be honest wasn't happy with them at all. You just can't beat a good sunset sky lol. Actually a friend wants a print of the archway shot for living room so can't complain.
Toby silly question how can I improve the pp in these as I agree that they lack that killer punch? Any ideas?
Still a bit of a novice with Photoshop sorry!

A simple curves adjustment of some dodging and burning would make all the difference to them.
