Hands free camera holder

I've been asked where you can get a gadget that hangs around your neck but also has a couple of rods attached to a belt around your waist...Sorry I don't know the name of it, anyway it has a bracket on the end of it that holds a camera/camcorder which will allow you to film yourself while keeping your hands free to do other things. I spotted them being used on BBC's Thin Ice program about the race to the South Pole with Ben Fogle.

Anyone know the proper name for the gadget and where they can be bought? Not for me by the way.

I would guess it's simply a "chest pod". Erding (Tom) on here was selling one a week or so ago.
