I think it needs a tight 5x7 crop and the brightness turned down a small touch.

I also wonder what it would've been like with a black background with her wearing the black top?

She's a pretty lass with a nice smile!

The shadow around her mouth is a bit to much for me, otherwise a great shot.

For me I would like to see the same shot but with the light raised a bit. I think that my brain is happier with a single light from a raised position, but then my brain is getting on a bit LOL. Also, I think the BG light is a touch strong also, just eating a bit too much hair detail at the edges.
Gosh that sounds a bit negative, and I'm not sure I've actually answered the question... although in asking it, maybe you have? I little reflected light might have reduced the shadow to the side of her mouth, which for me is the only real shadow that detracts.
