It might be, but only if you've never used a memory card which has been used in another camera.
There is no reliable way (available to the puiblic) of determining the shutter count of a 400D. Canon might be able to do it, but if so they aren't saying.

It was a brand new card i was using so it certainly has never been used in another camera. I know i haven't used the camera too often but i thought it would be a bit higher than that.
