Picked up a couple of Jessops own flashes today after been insured by the guy in the shop that they would work when the main flash was fired and not the pre-flash but this doesn't seem to be the case. Anyhow I eventually got the slave flash triggering using the second flash I bought.
I then found that black paper is crap as a background and a wooly black jumper is not brilliant either! but in this shot I thought that the bits of light on the wool boobles gave an added icy look to the photo.
Looking forward to figuring out the flash properly and sourcing some decent black sheeting.
