I've been reading the threads on TP for some time so thought it was about time I posted an image.

The following are from the same original image, but two different crop's:

I'm interested in any feedback, expecially any critism as I'm looking to improve my studio work, so please be as honest as you want.

I like the second one better.
It would be better if you could use the hair light to achieve more seperation from the background.
You can only get better.

Watch out for wrinkles in backdrop - shot 1.

Maybe a bit more power / reposition of the fill light (from left) to bring hair away from backdrop.

Otherwise, nice shots.
