Is anyone else subscribing with them and still receiving newsletter or getting responses from their staff?
I moved a few months ago, then phoned in to update address. The lady on the phone said she did it but didn't sound pleasant, nor reassuring and rushed to end the call.
So no more newsletter for 2 months. I tried emailing - no response, and they do not pick up the phone a few days in the row.
My subscription for this year is only halfway through so this is frankly as annoying as they can be. I'll be cancelling DD and see if I can get the outstanding balance back from this old-fashioned and potentially dead entity.
