I find the blue collar distracting, it would be better without.
I would also prefer more dof (nose in focus) and the eyes need to be sharper.
Finally, I'd crop tighter on the right to remove some of the dead space.
I love the eye colour and the expression.

Lovely image, I think that the blue collar lets the viewer know that Jess is more than just a head and adds to the image but the bright catchlights in the eyes just scream that the image is really a highkey image and gives it away but I love it and she looks lovely.

Thank you for your comments. I did think the DOF was a little small when I looked on the PC but I thought the eyes where quite sharp. But I guess not then.
