Lovely colourful set.. Keep seeing adverts on my FB feed for these type of event but all down south.. 6 hr round trips .. shame ..

Is there an issue with Flickr and the z8 - or were you using isos up from 1400/2000 in daylight? Which must explain the electronic shutter speeds of 1/32000 ....

New camera and operator error.
The night before I'd been out attempting to photograph the milky way (too cloudy as it happened).
So my ISO was fixed on minimum of 2000. I forgot to change it.
With ISO set correctly I'd have more keepers.

Yes it was south of Horsham - a long way from Accy.

I took some photos of a more basic (and smaller) event in the north east last year. Great fun. No jousting but lots of sword play and fanfare.
Nice shots.
