Been waiting for someone else to post before I put my $0.02 worth in.
Was undecided at first.
The first photo does not sit too comfortably with me. The dummy gives the impression of a very young model .... Which together with that pose cannot be right.
Second one is better, but as said before it looks a bit cold.
Well no.1 makes me slightly uncomfortable so if they is what you were going for well achieved. That being said the lighting is good and she looks comfortable in front of the camera.
I like the pose in #2 and the glitter my only problem is the coldness of her skin. I know we live in England and it is winter so I can't expect a tan but it is very white and a bit blotchy which I just think detracts. Some PS magic work (which I am unable to do) should be able to fix that up though.
Thanks for the comment, I dont think its as bad as that, but everyone has there opinion, that is why this site is so good.
I posted it on here to see what other people thought about it.
As i said in my other post her nickname is Doll and she wanted a picture portraying that. I also said i did not like this picture with the dummy in her mouth.
The pose is better, more interesting and less 'suggestive' which I think spoils the first shot. I admit to being no lighting expert but technically both look fine.
One other minor point that distracts on #1 are the imprints on her hip from her clothes - a very minor detail but nonetheless noticeable.
I think you could have got more out of her. Her eyes arn't believable for the poses she's doing. I think you where going fr SEXY but if you look at her face it posing somthing different to the body.
Realy like the outfit. The first one was my fav she looks more comfortable.
Nicely exposed and the poses are ok but... in the first her underwear was too tight so that there are red marks on her skin. It's just a detail but the kind of thing that would spoil the shot if you wanted to use it professionally I think.
The dummy shot doesnt do anything for me, sorry.
Its not that I have an opinion either way regarding the dummy, there just seems too much going on and my eye doesnt know whether to rest on her face or the hand looped through the knickers.
2nd shot is a pose used in the nail industry rather a lot ... well the head & shoulders anyway
Again for me it isnt quite working, the patchyness/ effects of cold on her skin doesnt help, particularly on the legs, which if I were there Id have suggested stockings to cover that.
Ive had a play, hope you dont mind me doing this?
All Ive done is cut the pose shorter (others may not agree with where Ive cropped) removed a few blemishes and warmed the skintone in one, same treatment on the other but instead used a cool filter to stay in keeping with the icy tones of her hair.
