Kenko 1.4 Pro 300 & Tamron 70-200 F2.8 VC USD Nikon

Hi all just wondering if anybody has tried the Kenko 1.4 Pro300 DGX & Tamron 70-200 F2.8 VC USD Nikon, seen conflicting reports the AF wont work on Nikon's with this Len

Just looking for something for the family to get me for Xmas as I'm normally a pain in the, you get the jest

Does anybody own a Kenko 1.4 Pro 300 Nikon fit that I could try, willing to travel 50 miles to try I'm Juct 16 on the M4 ( Swindon)
