Wild Kestrel on the hunt

Watched this little Kestrel for nearly an hour before in ventured close enough for a reasonable photograph

Lovely picture. Must be great to be in the right place and the time to wait for the right picture, makes it worthwhile. I'd be interested in the shutter speed you used to get the sharp wings.

Thanks - I walk this route on a regular basis so have been able to watch this birds hunting behaviour and favourite perch's
I was able to hide in the bushes and wait patiently for it to appear almost directly over my hiding place !
