I liked the way these trees seemed to be blasted by the wind.

Noones bothered so far.

I get what you are tyring for here, but the untidy front of the image and blown bits in the sky plus drab light arent flatterin.g Better light maybe but I'd find a better location to be honest.

Take your points on the foreground and the light, but there's no blown pixels in this image

Unless by "blown" you just mean "bright", in which case fair play.

Indeed, you have shown the wind effect very well. The contrast seems right for the subject material.
