the reflection is put in, new layer then flip and reposition then gaussian blur, reduce opacity and erase about half of it.

He does it all at about 14minutes and 25seconds into the video

Had some spare time this afternoon so had a play at another one as I had a slightly different bulb so thought I'd vary it slightly.
