Lightroom 5 download for £35.43??

I saw that the other day, then thought "Well if they're the *only one* in that price range, then something doesn't seem right.
 
Scammier than the scammiest thing in the scam shop in scamtown would be my opinion.

Zero web presence
No physical address
Site registered via GoDaddy with details kept private (always rings alarm bells for me)
Poor spelling and grammar but that's not surprising, they appear to be Polish from the phone number.
