Lismore Lighthouse

I think I see what you were trying to achieve, but to be perfectly honest it doesn't work for me.
The main subject (the lighthouse) is blown out as your camera has metered for the surroundings. It is too far away to make a lasting attraction for the eye. Although you have put the lighthouse on the horizontal third, the horizon is central. Merely cropping an inch or so from the bottom improves the shot to a degree.

For this shot to work, far more interest is needed in the sky and the sea, or the shot needed to be taken closer to the lighthouse to give interest both in the buildings and the texture of the land.

Please don't let my comments discourage you from trying though!
