Architectural photography is all about geometry (at its most basic level).

Both of those need straightening!

The lighting and sky on the first are great. I'd be tempted to try to correct the perspective as well as straighten.

The sky and road in 2 are a bit dull for me.

Really like the colours and the lighting in the first one. Second seems rather flat.

Highlights are definitely blown in the second shot. Try bringing them down in post to get some more detail in the sky.
The second shot has no real focal point for me and the symmetry is off.
I'm definitely inclined towards the first shot but I think moving to the right a little would improve the perspective.
