Nice shots, if a bit central. Some drive-into space would be nice but the panning is good and the cars look sharp

How would you recommend getting them less central (if that's not too stupid a question). Obviously the focus point is currently set central, would you recommend offsetting that, or simply cropping the images?

Either method works fine there James. Cropping post shot will give you a little more flexibility if you find selective focus difficult to master. Below is a very rough crop of image 3
