lol im a hater too!

Hate Marmite, love the pictures, especially number 2.

Never tried it or Bovril. If they were as good as your images then that would be a horse of a different smell.

<--- I wonder ;)

As commented on flickr... these are great. Almost surreal with such a crisp edge to the water.

Love it, love it!! Both the product and the pictures, especially #2 (y) How did you set this up, Alby?

yuck hate the stuff!

photos on the other hand great. as usual well done

Crikey so many haters here
John it is just a slow running tap with a tub of marmite placed about 3 inches behind the drips.
Thompo just practise I guess. ;)
Thanks for looking and taking the time to comment folks.:)

I love marmite (especially with a dash of tabasco)

I love the images, no tabasco needed as they're hot already :)

Very good Alby! Just the job!

I think I am going to have a go at Water Drop Pictues but I dont think it need a macro lens does it? Since Focus on a macro lens are different to normal lens or am i missing somthing

Out of my lens which would you try water droplet with

Canon 50mm
Sigma 105 Macro
Canon 17 - 40L

I know the 17 - 40 be a no no

I guess it have to be the sigma?

How do you do the drops? with a straw?

Nice colourful set indeed.

I see they were taken with the Panasonic which as mentioned earlier is as sharp asa sharp thing!!!!

Processed these in any particular way?

Thanks for sharing.

Can take it or leave it, but these shots are incredibly good Alby, it encouraged me to go and try myself (y)

Alby these are amazing shots and brilliant how the marmite jar is captured in tiny detail in the droplets and turned 180 degrees in the process.
In fact I will go as far as to say these are awesome.............and that is the first time I have used that word in a comment.
Number 4(y)

I can only echo what`s already been said...

Hate Marmite but the pics are just amazing.

The water is so clear and sharp...

Spot on.

(y)

I hate marmite to if it tasted like your pictures look I'd love it because you pictures are fantastic as always good shooting Alby. (y)

13 hate and 8 love the stuff so far  Thanks for all your comments folks ;)

Make that 14, forgot to mention I hate the stuff:D

Make that 14 to 9 I love the stuff

These shots are excellent:clap: but not as good as Marmite :D

Another great set Alby (y)
Marmite on toast Mmmmmmmmm

I hate it - but it's great for cooking with (stews and stuff)

It does, however, photograph (through water droplets) better than it tastes (y)

These shots are brilliant - if only I had the patience. Did you do this in your kitchen sink, or did you plumb in an quiet area for the shots?

I used to like Marmite, but I've been going off it. Great shots though Alby

Thanks folks ;) I wouldn't have the horrible stuff in the house but for the wife and daughter loving it.

Love marmite but prefer vegamite. Love the pics Alby. I'd never comtemplate coming up with an idea like that.

Thanks Lee. The score is 16 hate to 11 love and 1 going off it
