Love that first image - what a dog too, absolutely beautiful!!! The 2nd seems to have the eyes missed on the focus, but that first one, its jumping out of the screen

Thanks Carl, I thought the focus was a bit off on the second one, I think I was concentrating more on not ending up on my bum in the sea

Actually the focus is on the dogs left eye,
making the rest of the image look a little soft.
All it needed was a tweak in photoshop,
a little levels boost an a smidgen of USM (Sharpen)
Cracking looking dog, well captured

Thanks Cobra that looks sooo much better, he is a beautiful dog and great temperament until he gets in one of his moods and gets selective deafness haha
