My first attempt at light painting. I was a bit daunted, thinking it a bit of a mystic art. Turns out that part was the least of the worries. Good fun

Not at all. I think it's a cracker. Your lightpainting looks subtle and gives enough light to the subject, without becoming overbearing or detracting from the MW.
In terms of the star work, it looks very well done, nice and clear, and a nice colour range through the sky.
Good stuff. I'm tempted to give it a shot myself
