I like the line of stones leading the eye through. Looks very tranquil. Only real issue is there's no subject as such (at this size) for the eye to find and rest on.

Point taken Toni, the only thing I felt on this myself, is it seemed to be a little weighted on the right side.
It does, and the river seems to be leaning over to the left. The trees in the background make it quite confusing for the eye, tonally all rather similar, and the whites in the reflection are lost. Though the 'path' into the frame is good, it doesn't actually take you anywhere. I am not convinced that this really works in B&W, and maybe the composition needed a little more thought.
