Critique Mint Moth

Saw this in the garden this morning, tiny little butterfly/moth, it was a tiny little thing, not seen one like it before. I'm certainly no expert, can anyone ID it for me please?

Im guessing its a moth but im probably wrong! Got a bit of a fat body and its wings are pretty tight into the body, i think flutterbies spread them out a bit or have them "standing up", hope im getting that right, things might be sinking in from what others are saying - at last!

Pretty little thing though and I like the composition of the shots, especially 3rd and 4th one

Have answered my own question after a bit of judicious googling, looks like a mint moth to me http://butterfly-conservation.org/51-1427/mint-moth.html

Been out this evening and there's a few of them around a patch of Mint in the garden, tiny little things, but quite pretty.
