Hi all,
Here are a few shots from a shoot I did with a friend on Monday.
Josh is a amateur Mixed Martial Arts (MMA or cage fighting for anyone that doesn't know) fighter.
It wasn't really a planned shoot, more that we had a few hours to kill.

Let me know what you think:

Cheers for taking the time to look (y)

I like the effect, but I'd bet it won't be to everyone's tastes! I think it works best in the 1st, the third it a bit too cluttered for my liking, and the second (did you alter the focal length during the exposure?) doesn't do much for me. But a great idea, and as I said, I really like the first one!

Chris

I too like the effect, #1 is really nice...as are the other two, although hands in the way of the face on them is a little distracting! Well done :)

Hi Chris,
Thanks for taking the time to comment.
If I had to pick one I would probably say number 1 as well.
No, didn't change to focal length in 2, it is a really big move he has done where he has shifted is body back.

Cheers purpleclouds,
I have a few more to edit so I am hoping that they will keep getting better

Love number one :clap::clap:
as purpleclouds said the hands in front of the face spoils the other two, but well done(y)

Cheers toxicris,
Will try and upload some more before the night is out

very nice, slow synch and second curtain flash?

heheh :D

I'm going to take another guess that you had him moving in slow motion, or is that taking it a step too far? :p Either way I like em :)

I'm going to give you half a point.....

2 & 5 where shot in slow motion, the rest are all "full speed"
In number 1 he slipped when he landed and kicked the camera out of my hands...
Good job I had fast hands (for a change)
