Monopod for a tall person

I want a monopod for my 450D, is the Giottos MML3290B any good? it's the tallest one Digital Depot do (in my price range) and being 6'3" I don't really want to be crouching when using it.

i found this thread on another Forum. Its a bit old now but the question is the same as yours and the same monopod is suggested.

Your height - distance between top of head and eyes - height of camera from base to eyepiece - height of head = height of monopod required
