2nd shot for me mate, I love the composition of that shot. Nice space for the bird to look into & the frame is nicely divided by the snow & bushes. Very nicely done
1st shot is nicely taken & exposure is well controlled but the bird being turned slightly away from camera spoils it somewhat for me.

2nd shot is spot on though, very nicely done
