I really quite like these - love the long shadows they cast.

Now there's some interesting clouds!
The first doesn't really work for me but the second is just glorious. Fascinating clouds, good composition, good colours and the beams not only lift an otherwise uninteresting right hand side but help draw the eye to that cloud arch just left of and below centre. The colour of the light coming through that 'arch' actually looks quite sinister...... If I'd been up there I think I'd have been keeping my distance from that lot.
